Faith-Led Mediumship, Energetic Healings, and More: FAQ

Sacred clarity for souls, homes, and hearts. Held in prayer, discernment, and love.

Q. How did you learn this?
A. I accidentally bought and moved into a haunted house.

After moving into an 1880s farmhouse—our last resort, chosen with hope as a safe place to homeschool and protect our children—I began experiencing intense spiritual activity. One child had just been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Our kids were being bullied in school and the neighborhood. We needed sacred ground. But the house held more than charm. Rooms felt heavy. Dreams grew vivid. The atmosphere shifted.

As a cradle Catholic attending weekly Mass, I turned to prayer and reached out to our parish. At first, there was some response. But after I spoke up, the activity worsened and the Church stopped communicating.

My husband didn’t experience anything—until a neighbor whispered during a yard sale, “I know your house is haunted.” That moment confirmed what I’d been living through. What followed was five years of spiritual turmoil. Earthbound souls were reaching out, and I was their point of contact.

My sensitivity intensified. I could hear spring flowers sing at Lowe’s and communicate with animals. Mentors appeared from unexpected places—church members, psychics, and fellow parishioners who quietly shared their own stories.

I pursued clinical social work to ground the spiritual — not suppress it. I built a strong career restoring broken systems. But even then, the unrest didn’t quiet. Eventually, I understood: God was sharpening me as the tool He needed in His toolbox. I no longer choose fear — and I help others do the same.

Q. How do you connect—and with whom?
A. With love, and nothing but love.

I connect through prayer, spiritual hygiene, and Christ-led discernment. Every session begins with protection and intention. I listen—not with ego, but with reverence.

I am gifted with both subjective and objective mediumship. That means I may see Spirit in my third eye—or as if they are physically present in the room. I can often describe their appearance, height, posture, and even the smell of their favorite foods. Impressions of their passing may be felt in my physical body and gently relayed. Names, phrases, and other evidential details may come forward to affirm their presence and love.

I connect only with energies rooted in truth and genuine LOVE — Angels, Guides, your Higher Self, and loved ones who have fully crossed into peace. These are gentle, caring presences that bring clarity, not confusion, and arrive with grace, never pressure.

Messages may come as words, images, sensations, or deep knowing. I do not engage with manipulative, deceptive, or lingering spirits. If something feels heavy or distorted, I release it to God’s care.

I cannot guarantee who will come through. Spirit chooses. I don’t summon — I receive. Every session is held in prayer, discernment, and emotional integrity.

This work is not a performance. It’s a sacred conversation—protected by Christ light, guided by faith, and filtered through love.

Q. What does “crossed over” mean in your practice?
A. Not “earthbound” or “dead,” but from heaven and “alive.”

Many confuse ghosts with Spirit—and honestly, it’s frustrating. I’ll explain why . . .

Ghosts are earthbound. They are often confused, fragmented, or emotionally tethered to places, people, or trauma. Spirit, by contrast, have crossed over — fully transitioned into peace, truth, and divine light. These are healed energies. They are not stuck. They are not deceptive. They are not lingering.

Spirit includes loved ones, Angels, Guides, Saints, your Higher Self, and even pets — gentle presences aligned with divine truth. These are the ones I connect with in mediumship.

I do not engage with manipulative or earthbound energies. For healing purposes, I may assist in a soul’s transition — but always under spiritual authority, always with prayer and protection. As many ethical spiritual practitioners will tell you: clear first, ask questions later. That’s my protocol.

I don’t choose who steps forward. God does. Every session is held in prayer, discernment, and emotional integrity.

q. How soon after someone dies can I get a reading?
A. I suggest six weeks to allow for ascension to heaven.

I recommend waiting at least six weeks after a loved one’s passing. This gives the soul time to fully transition to heaven —and gives you space to begin processing the loss with clarity and care.

In the early stages after death, a soul may still be near its earthly surroundings. It may be waiting for closure, for peace, or for your prayers. While communication can happen if God allows it, the connection often carries a lower vibration. To access it, I would need to lower mine — and I don’t do that. I protect the integrity of the space we share.

This isn’t hesitation. It’s spiritual hygiene. Waiting allows the energy to settle and the connection to rise in truth.

Q. What is spiritual hygiene, and why do you practice it?
A. It’s like cleaning the toilet bowl once a week; otherwise, it builds up.

Spiritual hygiene is how I protect myself—and how I protect the sacred space we share. It’s a daily discipline that includes prayer, grounding, energetic boundaries, and intentional clearing. For readings, I take extra steps to ensure the space is clean, sealed, and aligned with divine truth.

I work under the protection of Archangel Michael, Melchizedek, and St. Germaine. I seal the space. I clear what’s not mine. I listen before I speak. This isn’t fear-based—it’s faith-led. It’s how I maintain clarity, safety, and integrity in every session.

Initiating contact with earthbound spirits carries real risks. These souls are often fragmented, confused, or still tethered to trauma. Paranormal investigators may provoke interaction—without understanding the suffering that soul has endured. That’s not healing. That’s intrusion.

Ghosts can travel. You can pick them up at Walmart, in a hospital, during moments of emotional vulnerability — or even in church. If you’re under the influence, energetically depleted, or simply having a hard day, they may attach to your aura as a source of fuel — drawing on your life force to sustain their presence.

That’s why spiritual hygiene isn’t optional in my work. It’s how I stay grounded, how I honor the souls I serve, and how I ensure that every session is held in truth.

I clear first. I ask questions later. Not out of fear—but out of respect.

q. How do you discern between helpful spirit energy and something else?
a. Negative energy never says "I love you" back.

I listen for peace, clarity, and truth. Helpful spirit energy feels wise, grounded, and aligned with your highest good. It arrives with grace—not pressure. False energies often feel heavy, emotionally charged, or subtly manipulative. I don’t engage with them. I release them to divine care.

Counseling many marginalized populations, I can tell you 100% that you don’t need a professional — or a religious title — to sense when something’s off. We’ve all felt it: the compliment that carries control, the guilt that masquerades as concern, the charm that fades when you set a boundary. These emotional signatures can show up in spiritual contact too—especially when the energy is misaligned.

And they don’t just speak through the dead. They speak through the living—through relationships, institutions, and even spiritual spaces. A partner who isolates. A boss who praises, then undermines. A leader who uses fear to maintain control. These aren’t just personality quirks. They’re energetic openings.

Even the inner critic can become a hiding place. That voice that says you’re too much, not enough, unworthy, unclean—that’s not God. That’s interference. Confusion, division, spiritual superiority, self-doubt—these aren’t quirks. They’re footholds. And they can be cleared.

.Sometimes, even Scripture is misused. We’ve all seen verses quoted out of context—used not to heal, but to shame. That’s not discernment. That’s control dressed up as righteousness.

The difference is love. Messages that carry truth also carry love. They clarify, not confuse. They protect, not manipulate. Love is the measure.

Jesus said, “Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” (John 13:34–35) Anything that violates that command is not of God.

And for those who question spiritual gifts — Scripture is clear: the Holy Spirit distributes them as He wills. These include prophecy, healing, discernment, wisdom, and the gift of tongues (1 Corinthians 12). They are not earned. They are entrusted. And they are meant to build up—not divide.

Mediumship, or "mysticism" when recognized and approved by the church, can be a valuable practice when approached with spiritual hygiene, trauma-informed care, and a Christ-led perspective. Rather than being an act of rebellion, it serves as a form of stewardship. It is one of the ways in which the Holy Spirit may choose to communicate, heal, and restore.

I don’t rush what’s unclear. I wait for what’s clean, safe, and aligned. Every message is filtered through prayer, protection, and discernment. Not to prove anything—just to keep the channel honest.

Clearing is healing. It removes what distorts love’s voice and restores what was always meant to be whole.

Q. What if I’ve experienced spirit contact but feel afraid to share?
A. If you're feeling afraid, it's a sign you should speak up!

You’re not alone. Many people carry quiet stories—moments they can’t explain, feelings they’ve never named. We’re taught to doubt them. But the very thing that once made me feel strange became the bridge to belonging.

The conversation wasn’t even mine to start. Someone said, “You know what’s weird? Seeing a rocking chair rocking by itself.” I froze. I listened. And then I thought, F*** now I have to share.

After surviving my haunting, I had stepped into my first social work job carrying silence like armor—thinking I had to keep my mouth shut around my new team. But that moment cracked something open. I described the boy who had haunted my house: his height, his hair, the way he stood, the way he chewed tobacco—even in the afterlife. There was no photo. No obituary. His family had moved away. But they knew. He’d been a farm hand on the property years before — young, quiet, described as having an intellectual disability. He didn’t have many friends. His death by suicide, by rifle, had taken place in what would later become my son’s room.

One coworker had graduated with him. Two had known him personally. And suddenly, I wasn’t the only one carrying the story. They stared. They nodded. They welcomed me—not just as a new hire, but as someone who had seen what they’d lived.

And yes—someone made a joke about him “riding the short bus.” It was meant as humor, but it revealed something deeper: they knew him. They remembered. And I wasn’t alone.

You don’t have to explain the sacred. Whether it was a flicker of presence, a dream that felt like more, or a message that arrived without words—your experience matters. You don’t need to justify it. You don’t need to name it. You’re welcome to speak, or simply to be witnessed. I meet these moments with reverence, not skepticism. You’re not too sensitive. You’re not imagining things. And when I finally shared I found my fellow weirdos.

Q. How can a healing or clearing benefit me?
A. It can help you believe in yourself again.

A healing or clearing session can support you in the moments when you feel energetically heavy, spiritually congested, or emotionally overwhelmed. It’s for the seasons when anxiety, stagnation, or a sense of being “stuck” begins to cloud your clarity. It’s also for those times when you feel disconnected from your intuition, your peace, or your sense of God, or when you’re picking up energies, emotions, or presences that simply aren’t yours. Many people come to this work when they’re carrying the weight of past experiences, trauma, or subtle spiritual interference that lingers in the background of daily life.

These sessions are gentle, but they move with real power. They often bring a renewed sense of peace and lightness, a deeper grounding, and a feeling of spiritual alignment that settles the whole system. Your energetic boundaries strengthen. Your clarity sharpens. You begin to recognize what belongs to you—and what never did. And in that space, healing becomes possible again. Prayer becomes easier. Reconnection becomes natural.

Clearing is healing. It’s the process of making room for your soul to breathe again.

q. What happens in a clearing session?
A. It usually involves doing an intake, running a scan, completing a questionnaire, handling removal, adding protection, putting together a report, and offering education.

Every clearing session begins with reverence. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your family, or your space, I listen first—then clear.

Individual Clearing: We begin with a brief intake or spiritual hygiene check-in. I work with your higher self, guides, and Christ light to gently release energetic debris, emotional residue, and spiritual interference. You may feel lighter, clearer, or more grounded. Sessions may include prayer, intuitive messages, and protective reinforcement. You are never asked to relive trauma—only to receive peace.

Family Clearing: This may involve one or more members, living or passed. I begin with a remote scan and spiritual hygiene overview, often using a questionnaire to track emotional shifts and energetic patterns. I clear what’s not theirs, reinforce boundaries, and offer gentle insight into what’s been carried or inherited. These sessions are protective, not invasive. Everyone is met with compassion.

Business or Space Clearing: Whether it’s a home, office, or land, I begin with a remote assessment of energetic flow, unrest, or spiritual interference. I clear what distorts and restore what protects—often followed by in-person fine-tuning if needed. Add-ons like grid work or paranormal debriefs are available for deeper support. The goal is harmony, protection, and spiritual hygiene.

You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need to explain. You just need to show up. I’ll meet you there—with clarity, compassion, and Christ-led care.

Q. How can animal communication help me?
A. Deepen your love while building greater understanding and respect in your relationship.

Animal communication offers more than insight; it offers connection. Whether your animal is living, passed, lost, or in transition, these sessions help you understand what they feel, what they need, and what they’re trying to say.

People come to me for this work for many reasons. Some want clarity around behavioral changes, emotional distress, or sudden shifts that don’t make sense on the surface. Others are supporting their animals through illness, trauma, or end‑of‑life transitions and want to know how to bring comfort, dignity, and presence. Many seek messages from companions who have passed, longing for closure, reassurance, or a sense of continued relationship. Some are searching for lost animals and rely on energetic tethering and soul‑level tracking to help guide the way. And many simply want to deepen their bond—understanding the soul contract, the purpose of the relationship, and the quiet wisdom their animal has been holding for them all along.

These sessions are gentle, heart‑centered, and spiritually protected. You don’t need to guess or justify anything. You don’t need to explain your animal to me. You just need to love them—and listen. I’ll help you hear what’s already being said.

Clients sometimes ask, “Do animals go to heaven?” Scripture doesn’t give a definitive answer, but Revelation 5:13 offers a glimpse of hope:

“And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, ‘To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!’”

And I’ll tell you this: in my visions of heaven, animals are there. They are whole, radiant, and deeply loved. It is beautiful.

Q. What is it like to channel heaven or receive visions of heaven?
A. In heaven, it's always summer, and it's the most perfect summer of them all.

It’s not just beautiful—it’s immersive. Heaven is always summer, a realm often called Summerland, where everything is more alive, more intelligent, more radiant than anything this world can hold.

The flowers shimmer with meaning. The insects hum with purpose. The air carries a scent that feels like memory and blessing all at once. The animals are present—peaceful, whole, and deeply known. And the love? It’s not just felt. It saturates you. Like a heavy perfume, it seeps into every cell of your being. You don’t just witness it. You become part of it.

The best way I can describe it is this: It’s like that moment in The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy opens the door and the world shifts from black and white to technicolor. But even that doesn’t compare. Technicolor was revolutionary in its time. What I see is beyond even today’s Ultra HD. It’s not just vivid—it’s holy. It’s not just colorful—it’s alive. It’s summer forever, a sacred Summerland where light and life never fade.

These visions aren’t fantasy. They’re sacred glimpses. They remind me—and maybe you—that what’s coming isn’t less than this life. It’s more. Much more.
